Come volunteer with us at Harvest Farms, just 90 minutes from Sydney in the heart of Bilpin. Whether you’re a local, a traveller looking to volunteer in Australia, or a CSA member wanting to deepen your connection to where your food is grown—our regular volunteer days are a wonderful way to get involved.
What to Expect on a Volunteer Day
Our regular volunteer days run every second Monday or Friday from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM at our working 3-acre organic farm.
No prior experience is needed—just bring your enthusiasm and a willingness to get your hands dirty! Volunteers might be involved in:

Planting and harvesting seasonal veggies

Helping maintain perennial flower beds

Experiencing small-scale regenerative farm systems firsthand
You’ll work alongside friendly people, soak in the fresh Blue Mountains air, and leave feeling grounded, fulfilled, and more connected to the food system.

Harvest Farms is located in Bilpin, surrounded by one million hectares of national park and native bushland. It’s a peaceful escape from the city, making it an ideal volunteer opportunity near Sydney.
